past four years and will be expanding further as we continue to grow
every day. We have recently embarked on a journey with Cornell
University and are the first organisation in Europe to have achieved
Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Fidelity status through Cornell
University in America. Our residential homes are situated in peaceful,
countryside locations within County Monaghan, County Louth and County
Meath.
YOUR NEW ROLE
To work as a member of a residential team to create a safe and caring
environment which meets the individual and group needs of the young
people who live in our homes.
THE PERSON
* Level 7 qualification or above in Social Care or a relevant
discipline such as: Social work, Psychology, Child & Adult
Psychotherapy, Social Sciences, Youth & Community, Teaching and
Nursing
* Ability to work with, care for and supervise young persons
* Flexible ? willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances,
shift patterns and expectations
* Full clean driving license
